Well there are many reasons for that, below are some of the most common causes.

1) Lack Of Moisture

This is the most common cause of crack heels. The skin around our feet have fewer number of sweat glands hence it's lack of elasticity. It's easily prone to dryness, rough and crack.

2) Pressure And Friction

This is due to too much of walking and standing. A daily pressure upon our small feet will stress out our little feet. It's basically wear and tear 😃.

3) Obesity

Being overweight will put pressure on our precious feet. It will make our feet expand sideways and eventually will lead to crack heels.

4) Aging Skin

As we age our skin will start to loss it's elasticity. Our skin will easily gets dry and flaky. It's the same problem goes to our feet.

5) Lack Of Vitamins
